At Finotive, we value ambition, innovation, and attention to detail. These principles guide everything we do, from developing cutting-edge tools for traders to fostering a culture of growth and excellence. We believe that success comes from setting high standards and consistently striving to exceed them.
You'll join a small, collaborative team where your work will have a real impact. You'll have the freedom to innovate, experiment, and take ownership of your projects, knowing that your efforts directly influence our success.
We thrive on a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and expect team members to adapt to opportunities and challenges as they arise. This could mean responding to a time-sensitive campaign update outside typical office hours, taking on a new challenge that requires learning skills beyond your current experience, or proactively seeking out new opportunities to improve our strategies and reach—without waiting for direction. In a fast-paced industry, this approach helps us remain agile and maximize our potential without compromising on quality.
As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping Finotive’s online presence as we rebuild our marketing strategy from the ground up. Your designs will form the backbone of our website and marketing campaigns, connecting with traders across digital platforms and ensuring our brand communicates professionalism, clarity, and innovation.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist and development team to design and optimize the Finotive website, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. You’ll maintain and expand Finotive’s digital design language while introducing creative, functional concepts that enhance our brand identity and improve user interaction.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative but self-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of web design projects, understands current design and UX/UI trends, and can deliver high-quality, responsive designs with minimal oversight. Experience in the trading or prop trading industry is a plus, as it will help you create relatable and effective designs tailored to our audience.
Design and maintain the Finotive website, focusing on user experience, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create landing pages and web assets for campaigns.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints, maintaining and expanding Finotive’s design language.
Stay updated with the latest web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Translate business objectives into creative digital experiences that engage and convert visitors.
We provide the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best. While the role is structured as contractor-based, it offers the stability of a full-time position with a competitive compensation package. This structure means that traditional employment benefits such as healthcare or pension contributions are not included; however, the compensation reflects this and is designed to provide you with the flexibility to allocate resources according to your personal needs and priorities.
Our approach balances flexibility with structure. You’ll have some freedom in managing your schedule, but we prioritize effective collaboration and clear communication, which is why we expect team members to work primarily during standard European business hours. This ensures you stay connected with our team and contribute to a smooth workflow.
To help you thrive, we’ll equip you with top-tier tools and a setup tailored to your needs, ensuring you have everything required to excel in your role and make a meaningful impact.
Please send your CV, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing your best web design and digital work to [email protected]. We’re excited to see your creativity in action!
