Job Description

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV), established in 2009, provides superior program management, program support, strategic planning, and systems engineering to the Federal and Commercial sectors. We are seeking Physical Security Specialists to support United States Air Force (USAF) Delta 4 Security Support. This effort provides Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security management support to Delta 4, which operates and maintains Overhead Persistent Infrared satellite constellations and Ground-Based Radar systems for strategic and theater missile warning missions.

Headquartered at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado, Delta 4 maintains additional operations across multiple locations nationwide and internationally. This position requires on-site presence Monday through Friday during core business hours and an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities include supporting the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) in managing SCI security programs, providing security services to military, civilian, and contractor personnel, overseeing Foreign Mission Partner processes, and maintaining current and future Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditations at Buckley SFB, the 2nd Space Warning Squadron at Schriever SFB, Office of Special Investigations Detachment 801, and associated tenant organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement DIA SCIF accreditation standards, ensuring adherence to physical separation and TEMPEST requirements for Automated Information Systems.
  • Employ risk assessment and management techniques for SCIF accreditation processes.
  • Coordinate with IC, DoD, and AF directives, completing all necessary Fixed Facility Checklists and TEMPEST Addendums for maintaining DIA accreditation.
  • Coordinate with HQ AFSPC SSO and DIA technical authorities to ensure timely customer support and accurate assessments for new SCIF/system requirements.
  • Draft, coordinate, and maintain finalized co-utilization agreements, memorandums of understanding, and other essential SCIF documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage accreditation requirements for geographically dispersed SCIF facilities.

Clearance:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Eligibility for or willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in security management, intelligence, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience managing or supporting SCI physical security programs, Special Security Offices, or working within a SCIF environment.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing and implementing Intrusion Detection Systems and Access Control Systems.
  • Competence in security principles relevant to SCI program requirements.
  • Familiarity with security incident handling, investigations, and reporting protocols.
  • Ability to independently implement and enforce stringent security measures and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for detailed reporting and briefing senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to independently implement and enforce stringent security measures and procedures.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with military personnel, civilian contractors, and external government entities.

Desired Certifications:

  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
  • Special Program Security Certification
  • Security+ (desirable, especially related to AIS and cybersecurity tasks)
  • Any relevant DIA or DCSA security training certifications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in security management, intelligence, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience managing or supporting SCI personnel security programs, Special Security Offices, or working within a SCIF environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $ 92,000 – $137,000, which aligns with the salary band for this job classification. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
