• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary arrangements.
• Manage event budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, addressing any issues promptly.
• Provide post-event feedback to clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain organized records of event details and progress.
