Job title: ITSM Admin with BMC Remedy
Location: Remote

mandatory Skills: BMC Remedy,ITIL

JD:

• Experience administering ITSM platforms, with at least 1 year specifically focused on BMC Remedy Digital Workplace
• Extensive experience creating and optimizing service request definitions in Remedy
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles
• Demonstrated experience with Remedy workflow design and implementation
• Proficiency in Remedy customization, including forms, workflows, and business rules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
