Job Description

We are looking for a hospitality-driven and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that guest rooms, common areas, and other spaces are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks and ensuring all facilities are spotless, well-maintained, and aligned with quality expectations, ultimately helping to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established cleaning procedures.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries and other guest amenities.
Prepare rooms for new arrivals, ensuring all facilities are in perfect condition.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces like light switches, door handles, and remotes to uphold hygiene standards.
Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and used linens in the proper manner.
Assist with the collection, washing, drying, and folding of linens when needed.
Respond to guest requests or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Address any guest concerns regarding cleanliness and ensure their needs are met quickly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes.
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to bend, kneel, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Flexibility to reach, bend, and stoop as part of the cleaning process.
Comfort with handling cleaning equipment and carrying laundry bags.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
