We are seeking a talented Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to ensure the successful delivery of freight forwarding services.

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of proven sales success in freight brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, specialized freight, ground transportation.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions for complex supply chain challenges.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel daily to local clients as well as 1-2 yearly meetings with overnight travel.
