Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client and support strategic recruitment efforts across the organization. This
remote, permanent/direct-hire position, based in the
Eastern time zone, focuses on managing full-cycle recruiting initiatives for entry- to mid-level roles, with an emphasis on building a diverse talent pipeline and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Compensation:- $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary with bonus opportunities
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Standard business hours (Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate workflow
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in recruitment strategy
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process
- Create and maintain job postings and assist with job description updates
- Deliver weekly reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
- Coordinate with external recruiting vendors as needed????
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred
- Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
