We're searching for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, who not only understands the ins and outs of warehouse distribution but also has a solid grip on inventory management.

Your Mission:

• Efficiently handle inventory tasks by locating and receiving goods with precision, and managing shipping procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take charge of order assembly, skillfully placing and preparing items for shipment and delivery with care.
• Accurately log inbound freight and methodically receive items into our computer systems for seamless operations.
• Strategically store materials, optimize usage of racks and bins, and uphold stringent organizational standards.
• Act as a problem solver for freight claims, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Commit to daily inventory updates and rigorous cycle counts to guarantee stock accuracy.
• Oversee product returns, ensuring each is processed efficiently and precisely.
• Engage with product queues, responding swiftly and effectively.
• Skillfully load and unload merchandise with precision and attention to detail, whether inbound or outbound.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly, showcasing professionalism at every turn.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment to meet all sanitation and safety regulations.

Your Skillset:

• Completion of high school or equivalent educational background.
• A proven track record of 1-3 years in a warehouse environment, displaying competency and diligence.
• Certified material handler with proficiency in using Reach Trucks and Forklifts for efficient operations.
• Expertise with Cycle Counts and adept in utilizing RF Scanners.
• Adept at interpreting and following procedural manuals and work instructions with precision.
• Adept communication skills ensuring smooth interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Possess basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with diverse units of measure.
• Exhibit robust physical health and stamina.
• Quick and efficient when meeting tight shipping and receiving schedules.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to handle and move objects weighing over 75 lbs regularly.
• Proficiency with data entry systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
