What you'll do:
As a BCBA, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
Developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and data.
Implementing and supervising BIPs in various settings, including home, school, and via telehealth.
Monitoring and analyzing data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make adjustments.
Providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and team members.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators) for holistic treatment.
Maintaining accurate client records and progress reports.
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.

What you'll bring to the table:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Tennessee license and LBA preferred (willingness to obtain required).
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals.
Dedication to ethical standards and professional development.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as prolonged sitting, walking, occasional running, standing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
