We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with strong experience in Workday Core HCM Module . The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, ensure quality delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for Workday Core HCM implementations and updates
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools
• Collaborate with Workday consultants, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution
• Ensure test coverage for all Core HCM features including hiring, onboarding, employee data, and organizational changes
• Provide test status reports and support go-live testing efforts

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM Module
• Proven experience in leading testing projects or QA teams
• Good understanding of HCM business processes
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage testing timelines
