We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in

Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

Core Connectors (CC),

Reporting,

Workday Studio,

Payroll Interface EIB (PECI).

As a consultant-candidate will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations for our clients.

This position requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, CC, and Workday Studio.
Develop custom reports to meet client requirements.
Configure and maintain Payroll Interface EIB (PECI) integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and reports.
Document integration processes, configurations, and customization

• Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Impossible Foods inquiries related to Workday functionality and configuration.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Workday modules such as HCM, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation & Benefits.
• Enhancements & Optimization:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements specific to Impossible Foods.
  • Design, configure, and test Workday solutions to improve business processes.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities to enhance Impossible Foods' Workday experience.
• Integration Support:
  • Partner with technical teams to support Workday integrations with third-party systems used by Impossible Foods.
  • Provide functional expertise during integration updates or changes.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including process designs, test plans, and change management records.
  • Develop and deliver custom reports to meet Impossible Foods' needs.
• Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at Impossible Foods, understanding their business requirements and goals.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training to stakeholders on Workday functionality.
