Role: Sr PEGA RPA Consultant
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Develop and implement RPA solutions using PEGA Robotics for our clients to drive automation and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design efficient RPA solutions
Conduct RPA feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process automation
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementation
Stay updated with the latest developments in PEGA Robotics and other RPA technologies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions within budget
Continuously improve RPA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify and document RPA requirements
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Adhere to Cognizant's coding standards and guidelines
Train end-users on how to use RPA solutions effectively
Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Comply with all security, confidentiality, and data privacy policies and procedures
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementation
Keep track of project timelines and escalate any issues or delays to the project manager
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities for RPA implementation
Continuously strive to enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning
