Are you ready to take the lead in revolutionizing clinical site logistics? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sr Manager Clinical Materials at our esteemed delivery network site. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll direct all clinical and materials management activities related to logistical operations, ensuring a seamless flow of inventory throughout our site, including ORs and recovery areas.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Directing all logistical activities, including acquisition, inventory management, distribution, and equipment recovery.
  • Overseeing a large and diverse staff to meet supply chain savings targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement best practices and achieve strategic goals.
  • Leading emergency management initiatives as the site logistician and supply chain expert.
  • Utilizing data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and drive process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing product recalls and alerts promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services, or related field; continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Experience : 5-8 years of progressive experience in clinical site logistics, supply chain management, and leadership roles.
  • Certification : Lean Six Sigma certification in continuous improvement preferred.
  • Skills : Strong program management, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and SmartSheet.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to travel between campuses, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate various environments.
