Birch Craft Construction is looking for experienced Siding Subcontractors to join our team for consistent, high-quality work. We specialize in vinyl, LP SmartSide, James Hardie, board and batten, shake, and other siding systems, and we’re looking for skilled installers who can deliver precision and efficiency. We handle client acquisition, scheduling, and project management, allowing you to focus on expert installation. We’re seeking reliable, skilled professionals who take pride in their workmanship and can consistently deliver top-quality results. Competitive pay is offered, with work volume based on skill set and availability. Responsibilities:

• Install vinyl, LP, Hardie, and other siding materials with a high level of craftsmanship and efficiency
• Work independently or lead a crew to complete projects on schedule
• Follow project plans, building codes, and safety regulations
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and team members
• Supply your own tools and transportation
• Meet deadlines and quality standards set by Birch Craft Construction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in siding installation, including vinyl, LP, James Hardie, board and batten, and shake
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew when needed
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members
• Reliable transportation and own set of tools
• Understanding of job site safety, building codes, and proper installation techniques
• Proper licensing and insurance (if required)
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to different project requirements
