SEO Analyst
We're looking for a talented SEO Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) accounts, track and report on campaign performance, assign SEO content, and develop strategic approaches to improve client visibility online. You'll also stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and techniques to ensure our clients remain ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
Analyze client websites to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement SEO strategies for campaign success.
Assign and oversee the creation of SEO content.
Track and optimize site performance based on key metrics.
Collaborate with PPC managers to align digital marketing efforts.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to fulfill campaign needs.
Stay informed on the latest local SEO updates and search engine algorithm changes.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
Required:
Basic experience with WordPress.
1-2 years of experience in SEO account management (including Local SEO).
Strong grammatical skills and attention to detail.
A positive, self-motivated attitude.
A great sense of humor—we love to have fun while working hard!
Preferred:
2-4 years of experience in SEO account management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proven experience with keyword research, link-building strategies, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Experience with Google My Business, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.
A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends.
A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a salaried, non-exempt position with a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, plus the potential for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, role, and location. During the interview process, we'll work with you to determine a competitive salary within the proposed range.
