Job Description

Greenfly isn't just another platform; we're a collaborative hub where authentic and compelling digital content comes to life. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be instrumental in shaping Greenfly’s product offerings and leading the evolution of our platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that create value for our customers and foster growth.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at Greenfly, you will define and execute a product vision focused on delivering scalable, intuitive solutions that empower customers to work more efficiently and effectively. You will partner with our engineering, design, and analytics teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives that provide clear, measurable value to users.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the product’s user interface reflects the intended vision and provides a seamless, intuitive experience for users. By translating strategic goals into detailed user stories and roadmaps, you’ll guide the agile product development process to deliver high-impact features on time. Additionally, you will gather feedback and iterate on the product to optimize user experience and business outcomes. Through these efforts, you will champion cross-functional collaboration and drive meaningful results for Greenfly and our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders across engineering, design, data analytics and key customers, facilitating clear communication of the product vision and requirements.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, defining requirements, guiding development, and conducting thorough testing. Collaborate with design to ensure the user experience aligns with the intended vision.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives by leveraging customer feedback, data insights and market research.
  • Work with engineering to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring every product decision adds value and enhances the user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS product management, preferably within media or content management platforms, or analytics solutions related to content creation and distribution.
  • Expertise in building scalable, data-driven products, including experience with dashboards, reporting tools or workflow automation.
  • Proven success in delivering customer-facing features that solve complex problems and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams in an agile environment and a deep understanding of data governance principles and scalable platform design.
  • Comfort with technical concepts and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action, iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration and adaptability are key.

What Gets You Bonus Points

  • You're naturally curious and empathetic, with a knack for putting yourself in the user's shoes.
  • You're a team player, valuing collaboration over ego.
  • While you take your work seriously, you recognize that fostering connections and shared goals drive us to achieve greatness together.
