Job Description

We are a growing law firm seeking a skilled Trusts and Estates Attorney with over 5 years of senior-level experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can manage a busy caseload independently, while providing exceptional legal representation to our clients both in and out of court. We're looking for someone with solid trial experience and a passion for mentoring junior associates. Strong communication and writing skills are essential, as you'll be guiding our clients toward favorable outcomes with thoughtful legal strategies.

Position Type: Remote
Location: Main office based in San Diego

Compensation:
$180,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting estate planning documents
Managing probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
Providing guidance and supervision to junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to business development efforts

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases
A 4-year bachelor's degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to local and state bar associations
Strong persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
