Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking an SAP FICO Consultant for a company specializing in enterprise technology solutions. This role focuses on Workday integration development and support, including systems analysis, design, security configuration, and troubleshooting. The consultant will collaborate with IT and business teams to provide system, process, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT and business teams to develop Workday integration solutions.
• Author technical design documents, test plans, and release plans for Workday integrations.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Diagnose, track, and resolve integration issues requiring in-depth Workday expertise.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in programming.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing on the Workday platform.
• Proficiency in Workday Integrations, Integration Security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Solid understanding of Workday’s business object model and relationships.
• Workday Extend experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a matrixed team environment and effectively communicating with various levels of management.
