Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to transition your database and active clients smoothly
• Refer past clients and sphere of influence to The Murphy Group for ongoing service
• Maintain occasional communication with your top relationships
• Participate in creating a handoff plan to ensure continuity and care
• Protect your professional reputation by aligning with a high-performing, trusted team
• Receive ongoing referral income from transactions closed with your network
• Optionally consult or mentor newer agents if desired (totally flexible)

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (or recently inactive/retired license)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• A solid database of past clients, referrals, and sphere of influence
• Strong reputation and client relationships you care about preserving
• Interest in earning ongoing income without daily sales activity
• Willingness to collaborate on a handoff and referral strategy
• Values professionalism, trust, and long-term relationships
• Open to mentoring or light consulting (optional)
