Job Description
Lead implementation of 3050 capital projects, focusing on security infrastructure.
Manage installation of access control and video management platforms in compliance with Sutter security standards.
Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and facilities project managers on scope, pricing, and delivery.
Analyze ROM budgets, floor plans, and security system requirements for effective system design.
Ensure smooth commissioning and backend systems integration.
Travel to facilities as needed to manage on-site work and validate installations.
Maintain records and provide progress updates through SAP, Project, or equivalent tools.

Skills and Requirements
5 Years of Program Management experience, delivering large scale projects
Physical security construction - Cameras, Access Control, Intrusion Detection PMP - ifPMP, only need 3-4 years of Program Management experience
Healthcare Program Management experience
Security platform experience - Secure 9000 and Genetec null
