Responsibilities:
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Be the Trusted Advisor – Guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey, providing expert market insights, strategic advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Build lasting relationships by offering world-class service, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence that earns trust and referrals.
• Master Your Market – Stay ahead of trends, pricing, and neighborhood dynamics to confidently educate clients and position them for success in every transaction.
• Negotiate Like a Pro – Advocate fiercely for clients, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
