Job Description

Ready to launch your real estate career the right way? Whether you’re newly licensed or working toward your license, this is your opportunity to develop the skills, confidence, and habits that drive long-term success in real estate. Join a proven team that helps new agents build thriving businesses from the ground up — no guesswork, no wasted time. What You'll Gain: Expert Training & Mentorship: Learn the essential strategies top agents use — prospecting, relationship building, marketing, closing deals, and nurturing clients for repeat and referral business. Professional Development: Master the business side of real estate with a structured onboarding process, ongoing skill-building sessions, and access to experienced mentors. Flexible Schedule: Real estate offers you the freedom to set your own hours — we’ll give you the roadmap to stay productive and profitable. Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a supportive team that values growth, accountability, and success. You’ll never have to figure it all out alone. What We're Looking For: • Licensed Real Estate Agents — OR individuals actively pursuing their real estate license. • Self-motivated and driven professionals who want to build a career, not just work a job. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable connecting with new people and building trust. • Goal-oriented mindset — thrives in an environment where personal performance drives results. • Eager to learn, take action, and continuously improve. Why This Role Is Different: Many agents struggle in their first year because they lack the right guidance and systems. We provide a clear path so you can avoid common mistakes and focus on what works. If you’re ready to commit to your success and take ownership of your future, this is the place to start. Apply today to learn more and take the first step toward a rewarding real estate career! Responsibilities: • Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions. • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations. • Develop marketing strategies to promote listings (e.g., social media, MLS). • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. • Manage communication and coordination between all parties during transactions. • Maintain records, provide exceptional client service, and nurture long-term relationships. Qualifications: • Education & Licensing : High school diploma (required), valid real estate license. Or the motivation to get one. • Experience : Sales, negotiation, or customer service background preferred. • Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MLS, real estate tools, and digital marketing. • Attributes : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional with a client-first mindset. About Company: As a Colorado native having over 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate, Home Building & Construction industry, I pride myself on helping guide my clients achieve their real estate goals & dreams! Every client & transaction is unique, which is why I don’t use a ‘cookie cutter’ approach and adjust what services I provide to meet the needs of each client! Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, looking to move up, or If It’s time to downsize, I provide top-notch, concierge-level service to help make each transaction as seamless as possible! Also, I have teamed up with amazing lenders to help provide the best lending options available for each client! It would be my honor to work with you on YOUR real estate needs!
