Job Title : Project Coordinator

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing status updates as needed.
• Support the development of project plans, workflows, and resource allocations.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational policies.

• Experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience in IT, software development, or construction project coordination.
• Knowledge of financial tracking and budgeting for projects.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications) is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
