Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in healthcare, is seeking a Procurement Analyst I to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst I, you will be part of the data management team supporting supplier record consolidation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Procurement Analyst I
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range:** $38.94/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage large data extracts containing supplier profile data and transaction history.
+ Organize and analyze data in MS Excel, summarizing details effectively.
+ Identify duplicate records and opportunities for consolidation.
+ Recommend and execute actions to deactivate supplier profiles.
+ Review supplier profile submissions to ensure data accuracy.
**What's Needed?**
+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
+ 3+ years in a Procurement or Purchasing role preferred.
+ Demonstrated data management and analysis skills using MS Excel.
+ Prior experience with supplier records management strongly preferred.
+ Ability to engage internal/external resources and follow up as needed.
