  • Ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects in a portfolio, balancing business priorities, team velocity, and client expectations.
  • Driving collaboration between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and execution.
  • Proactively managing risks and dependencies that impact project timelines, escalating and resolving blockers efficiently.
  • Tracking and optimizing key delivery metrics, such as sprint velocity, defect resolution time, and milestone completion rates.
  • Maintaining consistent client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that the engagement helps drive client confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Maintain an average Client Confidence score of 8 or higher (on a scale of 1 to 10)
  • Maintain an average weekly Project Health Score of 8+ (on a scale of 1–10)

Strong applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience delivering Pega-based projects, including Pega platform implementation, process automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • 7–10 years of experience leading software delivery, project management, or agile execution in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.), with experience working alongside Scrum Leads and agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability with managing client relationships, aligning expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Agile or project management certifications (CSM, PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus
