Position: Care Coordinator
Location: Annandale, VA
Status: Full-Time, In-Office
Compensation: $23–$27/hr. + Benefits
Shift: Varies within clinic operating hours (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)

As the Care Coordinator, you’ll be the steady, service-driven presence at the heart of our front office — guiding families with care and keeping our clinic running smoothly. This role is built for growth, with a clear pathway into a supervisory role within 6 months for someone ready to lead, support, and make a lasting impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coordinate schedules and backfilling to ensure consistent access to care
• Lead families through intake and onboarding with clarity, compassion, and confidence
• Communicate logistics in a way that reduces stress and builds trust
• Spot and solve front-office issues before they disrupt care or experience
• Support smoother systems that help our therapists and families thrive
• Begin hands-on leadership development and mentorship toward a supervisory role

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate's Degree or higher.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare front office or care coordination (pediatrics is a big plus!).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong grasp of EHR platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling workflows.
• Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA (or willingness to learn quickly).

We are a fast growing multi-disciplinary Pediatric Therapy Practice with the sole mission to provide high quality therapy solutions based on the individual needs of children and families. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to children birth to 18 years of age in the home, community, Telehealth and clinic-based settings.
