Our dealership has recently experienced significant growth, and as a Parts Counter Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers with their auto parts needs. The ideal candidate has prior auto parts experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Parts Counter Associate Job Responsibilities
Providing customer service to customers.
Maintaining and tracking inventory.
Ordering supplies for a dealership or auto service center.
Advise customers about the equipment and parts available for a specific vehicle or car brand.
Help facilitate and track sales of parts.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Other duties as needed in the parts department.
Parts Counter Associate Compensation & Benefits
Pay dependent on experience: $22-$31 an hour.

Qualifications
Parts Counter Associate Qualifications
Previous Dealerbuilt experience is preferred
1 + years of Honda experience preferred or experience working within Parts Department.
Warm and friendly personality.
Must be able to lift and carry objects of 50 pounds or less and go up and down the stairs.
Strong work ethics with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Driver’s License.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
