Office Assistant
Leasing Assistant

 

Job Duties Include:

• Receiving/screening phone calls
• Receiving/screening visitors
• Entering and closing out work orders
• Learning to show, lease apartments, preparing leases
• Learning how to do apartment inspections
• Making appointments
• Assist office staff as directed

Requirements Include:

• Basic Math Skills
• Experience with a copy machine and fax machine
• Sending out emails
• Reception experience
  
  

8:30am-5:00pm

Monday-Friday

$18.00-19.00/hr DOE
