Lead JavaScript Developer Description

We are searching for a Lead JavaScript Developer .

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Serbia.

Responsibilities

• Implement user interfaces for various applications based on predefined design specifications
• Coordinate tasks and plan activities
• Collaborate with other project team members (UI designers, developers, systems engineers, and testing engineers) throughout the product lifecycle to ensure user interface consistency
• Interact with customers (project management, content editors) to realize the intended functionality
• Provide accurate time estimates for layout or development tasks
• Write, improve, and maintain code and unit tests
• Create documentation for implementations and deliverables
• Adhere to quality standards during projects and share process improvement ideas with the QA Leader
• Review code and oversee the work of other developers
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and facilitate technical discussions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and Node.js
• Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 web layout creation
• Competency in working with AWS
• Understanding of TDD, unit testing, and performance testing principles
• Knowledge of programming paradigms, including OOP and Functional Programming
• Passion for crafting high-quality web user interfaces
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Advanced English language skills in both written and spoken formats
