Instructional Designer
$55-$58/hr on a W2, Remote, 6-month Contract with potential for renewal 

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the U.S., is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer. This consultant will join our team on a short-term basis to create engaging training content and communications for a leading tech company.

This role requires a candidate with expertise in developing high-quality training materials, including video content, for effective learning experiences.

• Develop and design instructional content focused on training and communications.
• Create engaging and interactive video-based training materials.
• Utilize Camtasia and Storyline to produce high-quality e-learning content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure content aligns with organizational objectives.
• Deliver high-impact training materials within the designated timeframe.

Required Skills: 

• Strong expertise in Camtasia and Storyline for e-learning content creation.
• Ability to develop and structure heavy content effectively for training purposes.
• Experience in corporate training, instructional design, or communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, E Learning Developer, or the equivalent. 
• Expertise in Camtasia and Storyline
• Experience in high-tech 

Details of Position

• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Hourly Rate: $55-$58/hour, Consultant, 6 month contract on a W2 (with potential renewal).
• Start Date: April 7th, 2025
