*Litigate matters under the supervision of the Chief Litigation Counsel, with responsibility for management, coordination, and strategy of portions of the Company's talc product liability litigation, consumer class actions and general commercial litigation, as well as the evaluation and resolution of pre-litigation demands. *Defend the Company in civil litigation, arbitrations, mediations and government agency hearings, and in response to pre-litigation demands. *Coordinate communications between outside counsel and the Company's in-house legal organization and Company senior management. $142,400 - $207,900
