Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all hotel operating procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about room types and standards for supplies.
• Inspect rooms and report any malfunctions or damage.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, replenishing supplies and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of furnishings and organize cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints effectively.
• Work cooperatively with team members and maintain personal cleanliness.
• Follow all hotel policies and emergency procedures.
• Participate in deep cleaning assignments when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma required; prior housekeeping/hotel experience preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs. Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing/walking and exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work Environment: Must interact with co-workers and customers while working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
