Job Summary

T he role will support day-to-day activities associated with designing and creating graphics and images for digital channels, printable communications, and other multimedia efforts. The Digital Graphic Designer will work closely with the team to conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics that align with branding standards while enhancing user experience across various platforms.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the team to gather design requirements for digital, print, and multimedia applications.
• Conceptualize and create visuals based on project needs, following branding standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and improve user interaction through graphics.
• Develop graphics for websites, social media channels, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Present design concepts to team members and management for review and feedback.
• Revise and improve graphics based on constructive feedback.
• Test and adjust graphic sizes and dimensions for various platforms, including mobile and social media.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and process flows to communicate the design process.
• Work with project teams to design training visuals for new applications.
• Maintain usability standards across all projects and ensure accessibility.

Job Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web and digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics, and digital designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work independently in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with best practices in digital media, branding, typography, color theory, and user experience design, including accessibility principles.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
