As a Senior PPC Ads Manager at Plumber Marketing USA, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing paid ad strategies for home services clients. You’ll focus on achieving measurable results that align with our mission to deliver exceptional advertising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Google PPC, Bing and Local Service Ads (LSA’s)
• Manage ad budgets, bids, monitor performance, and adjust strategies, ensuring optimal campaign performance. 
• Monitor and optimize campaign key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and cost per conversion.
• Implement and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting and reduce wasted spend.
• Ensure landing pages align with ad strategy, optimizing user experience, ad quality score, and conversion rates.
• Utilize Google Ads Editor for bulk edits and efficient campaign management.
• Establish and manage conversion tracking and attribution strategies.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PPC & LSA campaign management.
• Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Analytics, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on lowering CPAs and increasing conversions.
• Experience in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
