Job Description
Piper Companies is looking for a
Financial Analyst to join a DoD consulting company. This role is based in
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and remote 2 days per week.
Essential Duties of the
Financial Analyst: - Conduct a thorough review of financials to include budget forecasts for salaries, identify, track, and forecast technical assistance and additional funding sources.
- Pulling Status of Funds (SOF) Reports
- Provide team support with financial requests, such as advising on general financial requests that are related to execution/procurement.
- Daily team support with financial requests for the entire life of the FMS case.
Qualifications of the
Financial Analyst: - 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with GFEBS or similar system
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in providing financial analyst/budget analyst support to an on-site DoD contract.
Compensation for the
Financial Analyst: - $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
- 2 remote days per week
