- A successful Host thrives in a fast paced environment with minimal down time and supervision.
- Hosts are responsible for greeting guests and seating them at tables or waiting areas.
- Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
- Hosts will become familiar with waiting systems such as seat me/open table and be able to place a proper wait on the door.
- The Host should have the ability to work with a team and portray an upbeat, professional demeanor during shift.
- Knowledge of how to take a proper reservation is key.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
Physical and mental requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
