Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to support our Events Management Team in planning and executing a wide range of events. This role involves hands-on coordination, client interaction, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure event requirements are met
Maintain event calendars, timelines, and checklists
Help with on-site setup and breakdown of event materials
Ensure guest satisfaction during events through proactive service and problem-solving
Support budget tracking and invoice processing
Conduct venue walkthroughs and prepare event spaces
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and report generation
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and team spirit
Familiarity with event planning software is a plus
