About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team during a busy hiring period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in identifying, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of roles.

Location: Plantation, FL (On-site)
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time)
Duration: 3 4 Months

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support administrative tasks related to the recruiting cycle

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS is a plus
