Traveler Re-engagement Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Traveler Re-engagement Marketing Coordinator to lead efforts in keeping past travelers engaged with kimkim. This role focuses on increasing repeat bookings through thoughtful communication strategies and personalized touchpoints.

We do this by connecting independent travelers with our global network of travel specialists who design personalized itineraries, including activities, accommodations, and transportation.
We partner with passionate travel specialists in 90+ destinations worldwide who work with top local activity operators, guides, and accommodations. A portion of every kimkim trip supports sustainable travel.
The kimkim team is currently based in a few hubs: Boulder, Colorado (headquarters), San Francisco, CA, and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
About the Role
As the Traveler Re-engagement Marketing Coordinator, you will help manage all communication efforts, digital and physical, aimed at increasing repeat bookings and deepening relationships with current and past travelers. You will help refine and execute initiatives such as targeted email campaigns, personalized traveler touchpoints, and engagement strategies to keep our travelers connected with kimkim long-term. While this role does not require deep experience in retention strategy, familiarity with customer engagement tools and a passion for building relationships will be key to success. You will report to the Senior Content Manager.

Your Background & Skills:
Position Details
This hybrid position is based in Kimkim's Boulder, Colorado, office. The Boulder team works in-office Tuesday through Thursday and has the option to work remotely or in the office on Mondays and Fridays.
While your working hours are flexible, the goals and pace of the work will require consistent availability during business hours.
