Key Responsibilities: - Gather and compile various data to produce a thorough and accurate estimation report.
- Analyze blueprints and product specifications to accurately identify materials, methods, and techniques required for the project.
- Conduct cost analysis by breaking down labor, material, and overhead expenses.
- Project future material costs based on careful forecasting.
- Maintain accurate records of estimated vs. actual costs for ongoing and completed projects.
- Provide accurate cost predictions for future projects, helping the company make well-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with contractors to improve cost efficiency and overall project performance.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator.
- Expertise in using electrical estimating software such as ConEst or equivalent.
- Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A solid understanding of accounting, project management, and estimation principles.
- Strong background in data analysis, research methodologies, and estimation metrics.
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is a plus.
