Job Posting: Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, In-House)
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic in-house Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a college graduate or early-career digital marketer with 1–2 years of experience to grow their skills across multiple digital channels and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative department. In this role, you’ll support company-wide marketing initiatives through social media, email campaigns, website content, and digital advertising. It’s an ideal fit for someone who blends creativity with technical curiosity, is highly organized, and enjoys learning on the go. You'll gain exposure to B2B branding, campaign performance tracking, content creation, and event marketing—building a solid foundation for a future in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and reporting for digital campaigns Draft professional marketing copy for emails, websites, and social posts Support event promotion and execution through digital platforms Help maintain consistency across all channels and ensure brand standards are met Required Skills & Qualities: Dependable and deadline-driven Excellent written communication skills Detail-oriented when building and reviewing digital content Quick to learn new tools and platforms Positive, proactive, and team-oriented Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing tools Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact Comfortable writing and editing content with tools like Canva or Adobe Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (final schedule TBD) This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a supportive team while gaining hands-on experience in modern digital marketing.
