Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Door Installer and Replacer to join our dynamic team at Oxford Builders Inc. As a Door Installer, you will be responsible for replacing and installing both interior and exterior doors, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Perform the replacement and installation of interior and exterior doors according to project requirements
  • Install all necessary hardware, such as locks, hinges, and handles, to ensure proper functionality
  • Safely stage and move doors, ensuring proper handling and protection of materials
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and receive training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and company policies
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in door installation and replacement is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used indoor installation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to travel as needed, as there may be opportunities in different locations
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
