General Job Description:

  • Ohana's Cannabis Sales Consultant’s are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding, 5 Star Customer Service by providing a positive, friendly, authentic and personal experience. We are seeking driven, self motivated, health conscious, passionate, solution-oriented and hard-working self-starters who seek excellence, actively pursue growth and thrive in high-pressure situations. 

     

Supervision:

  • Reports to General Manager.

 

Performance Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
  • Consent to a background check.
  • Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
  • Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, events and willing to adjust schedules according to the needs of Ohana (Required).
  • Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Must have a high level of organization and incredible ability to multi-task.
  • Must possess a can-do, optimistic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must thrive in fast paced, high volume, face to face customer interaction.
  • Must display a sincere passion for facilitating therapeutic cannabis education and knowledge transfer to staff and the local community.
  • Ability to perceive and analyze trends in dispensary performance, anticipate necessary changes, and communicate with management regularly.
  • Ability to address and transcend complex issues, execute multiple tasks, and navigate successfully through ever changing and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to make rapid decisions and maintain the highest customer service standards at all times in a fast paced, high pressure and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
  • Strong problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perceive and meet the needs of customers.
  • Inventory and Administrative experience is a plus.

 

Education / Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail, cash and customer service experience.

 

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Requires normal range of hearing.
  • Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided).
  • Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
