We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant (Business Analyst) with strong expertise in ServiceNow to help analyze, design, and optimize business workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve process efficiency, and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for digital transformation initiatives.

This role involves translating business requirements into IT specifications, ensuring clear communication between business and IT teams, and focusing on supplier onboarding through ServiceNow technical configurations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed IT requirements.
  • Expertise in writing acceptance criteria and mapping requirements in ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in process mapping and workflow automation.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant, particularly with ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience in workflow automation, business process modeling, and process mapping.
  • Proficiency in writing functional and technical specifications, business cases, and test scripts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Define, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow as needed.
  • Lead process validation, UAT coordination, and end-user training efforts.
  • Maintain clear and accurate business process documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators.
  • Ensure adherence to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other relevant ServiceNow modules.
