Role: Bookkeeper

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Rate: $70k - $80k

This is a fully on-site role located in Redmond, WA

Our North Eastside-based client is looking for a Bookkeeper. Candidate must have 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and experience with job costing. The Bookkeeper role consists of managing AR/AP, assisting with financial reporting, and processing payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle job costing, ensuring accurate allocation of labor, materials, and overhead costs to projects.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Utilize Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to analyze and organize financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and other accounting projects as needed.
