About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Qualified Autism Service Professional. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee programs implemented by mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior interventionists. You will develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with families and professionals, and directly deliver learning experiences to help clients achieve their goals. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and implement ABA programs.
Collaborate with families and professionals to personalize programs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences.
Supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior interventionists.
Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write reports.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior plans.
Assist in developing adaptive skills.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
Supervise ABA programs to teach various skills.
Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Define target behaviors and write treatment goals.
Model and teach intervention strategies.
Create and maintain ABA session schedules.
Meet with families/caregivers (in-clinic or via telehealth) weekly.
What You'll Bring:

Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California Driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid).
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA Certification.
