Position Overview: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant’s high standards. This position requires a strong leader with a passion for fine dining and a commitment to providing an extraordinary guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant’s standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
• Support financial management, including cash handling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and special events.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
