Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical applications in a high-demand production environment. You will play a key role in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Key Objectives

• Ensure high availability and reliability of production environments.
• Design and develop tools to improve platform stability and efficiency.
• Optimize performance while enabling continuous delivery and innovation.
• Support large-scale distributed systems across various stages of the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, availability, and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams on service improvement and operational readiness.
• Participate in system architecture design, capacity planning, and platform governance.
• Implement automation to drive consistency, reduce manual toil, and streamline operations.
• Balance development velocity with system stability using defined SLAs and SLOs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application stacks and infrastructure layers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in:
  • Programming/Scripting: Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket), CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
