Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic English teachers based in the U.S. or Canada to teach children aged 3 to 18 across Asia. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, offering you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. Teachers will conduct 25-minute one-on-one lessons, using Total Physical Response (TPR) methods to actively engage students and create an immersive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach one-on-one English lessons to children aged 3-18, focusing on language development and engaging interaction.
Conduct 25-minute lessons using TPR (Total Physical Response) methods to maintain a fun and dynamic classroom environment.
Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and approachability to keep students motivated and excited about learning.
Open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week, with flexibility to choose your availability within specified time frames.
Follow the provided curriculum and teaching materials to deliver effective lessons that meet learning objectives.
Be punctual and well-prepared for every class to ensure a smooth and productive teaching experience.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature).
Teaching Certification: A teaching license or certificate from a U.S. or Canadian government agency or recognized teaching association, or alternatively, a 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
Teaching Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a public or international school setting.
Teaching Method: Ability to teach using the TPR (Total Physical Response) method to engage and encourage active learning.
Personal Attributes: Energetic, approachable, and passionate about inspiring children to learn.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of managing classes independently.
Technical Requirements:
PC Specifications: Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz or above, or MacBook Pro/iMac post-2016/MacBook Air post-2020, with 8GB RAM or more.
Internet Connection: A stable fiber connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps network bandwidth (10 Mbps download speed as a minimum).
Teaching Environment: A quiet, well-lit, and tidy space equipped with noise-canceling headphones, an HD webcam, and a professional background.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time.
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing Time.
Teachers must be available for a minimum of 10 peak hours per week, with flexible scheduling options within the required hours.
