Job Description

Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our order entry/customer service office. This is a full-time, on-site temporary role expected to last 4 to 5 months. The position includes a comprehensive training period with the outgoing employee through July 10, after which the temp will continue working alongside two experienced team members who will provide ongoing support. + Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately + Perform data entry using proprietary order management software + Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets + Scan, copy, and file documents as needed + Sort and organize invoices + Pick up and deliver documents between bakery departments Requirements + Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred + Proficient in basic Excel and comfortable learning new software + Strong organizational and communication skills + Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently + Ability to multitask in a busy office environment + Must have reliable transportation due to limited shuttle service in the area TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
